When you send an enquiry or download the buyer's guide, the details you enter (such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, where you're based and what you're looking for) are stored in a private spreadsheet and emailed to me, Pete, so I can reply to you.

The site also records which page you used and, if you arrived from an advert or another website, where you came from. Your browser keeps this note on your own device, so if you come back later and send an enquiry, I can see which advert or website first brought you. This helps me understand which pages and adverts are useful.

Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. I only see totals, such as how many people viewed a page and which countries and websites they came from.

If you ask about a specific property and want to go ahead, I share your name and contact details with that property's developer to introduce you. I don't sell your details or add you to mailing lists.

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any message from me.
